Ridho is the Guitarist for the Band Slank, An Indonesian rock and roll band with fanbases in 34 provinces, During the 35 years of their career, Slank isn’t only just about their music, but Slank has become a medium for attitude, changing political roadmaps from the new era, criticizing government, reporting on the beauty of as well as the destruction of nature through songs. Slank’s slogan PLUR Peace, Love, Unity and Respect is a reflection of that attitude, and lifestyle for Slankers.

SEA STORY
Ridho comes from Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia. The sea is backyard. Everything he knows and is conscious of he learns by diving, Knowing small pieces of disposable plastics can become a huge pile of garbage. That’s what makes it impossible for Ridho to be passive. Aware that lifestyle changes need to be made in order to help save the environment.

SEA PRIDE
Ridho believes that the sea is the future of Indonesia because 71% of our territory is the ocean with the wealth that it contains. Our treasure is the sea, cleaning our seas isn’t impossible. Education about protecting our seas can start anywhere, from music stages while touring with his band or together with the Minister of Fisheries Mrs. Susi Pudjiastuti, becoming the motor of the Pandu Laut movement
